Veritas Total Solutions recently announced the addition of Amber Storey as a Director, strengthening the firm’s commitment to growing their Commodity Trading Risk Management (CTRM) client portfolio. Veritas is one of the leading CTRM solution providers and is proud of the knowledge and expertise that Amber brings to the team and the CTRM practice.

Amber has more than 15 years of industry and advisory experience in the commodities trading, financial services and oil and gas industries. She has a detailed technical understanding of trading systems and underlying data. She is focused on integrating new digital solutions with CTRM systems to optimize the capabilities of traditional CTRM systems with the added value of digital capabilities.

Prior to joining Veritas, Amber was Senior Manager in Ernst and Young’s Commodities Markets practice. There she was dedicated to developing a practice in the commodities trading technology space. She led CTRM system implementations and developed numerous proprietary tools and accelerators to expedite the implementation process. Amber has investment bank and commodities trading experience, working directly with traders to produce ad hoc applications and reports for on demand data analytics. Leveraging her trade floor and technical experience, Amber has managed design and implementation of front office reporting systems for risk analytics and led analysis of trading irregularities identified through these risk reporting systems.
